3D Art gallery ‘Woody’s Place’ also displays the work of 12 other wonderfully talented local artists, each working with their own medium – jewellery, pottery wood, oils, wool and more.

The Taupo Art Trail is held each year on Queens Birthday and features Kinloch artists. The local Labour Day market is another not to be missed opportunity to immerse yourself in unique and varied local talent.

Music

Music is a happening thing in Kinloch!

Once per month the Kinloch Music Group play at the Nicklaus Golf Course Café. This is usually on the third Sunday of each month , 3 – 5.30 pm. It is open to all comers, is free, and there are open-mic slots available for visiting musicians.

The café provides coffee and cake and a full bar. Styled after an Irish Ceili, it’s a fun get together. Come and watch, or sing, or play, all are welcome. Ukuleles, guitars, violins, flutes and even bagpipes have been known to show up.

Once per year the KCA puts on ‘Kinstock’ in the domain. This is an open air mini-Woodstock featuring local bands as well as visiting bands. It is a great afternoon out and is held in January each year.
